Sometimes when I create a new e-mail, reply to one or open one, the window opens halfway off the left side of the screen. I believe it’s vertically centred. It appears to be horizontally centred with the left side of the screen; the centre of the window is at the left side of the screen.
Unfortunately, I haven’t determined how to reproduce the problem. I use Windows 8. I regularly use the snapping feature.
Do you use multiple displays?
No; I just use a single monitor.
Then try to move the window to the right position and close it. Open the window again and let me know if the problem persists.
That works around the problem, but it doesn’t solve it.
I found a way to reproduce the problem:
Open an e-mail.
Maximise it.
Snap it to the left or right side of the screen.
Close the e-mail.
