Duplicate inboxes

I just installed eMClient and imported my settings from Windows Live Mail.  I have three email accounts configured.  Each account is showing two inboxes and two drafts folders.  The messages that should be in my inbox seem to be split between the two inboxes.  Obviously, this is less than ideal, and unusable.  Is there a fix for this?

what mail accounts does this issue happen on?
Are there any synchronization issue with your accounts now? Can you check the Tools>Operations window?

It seems that the initial import was the culprit.  I rectified the problem by removing all of the accounts and importing them one at a time instead of all at once like I had on initial installation.  If I can get through my trial period with no major issues, I’ll be purchasing a few licenses.
