Instant Messenger service has double registered and I can’t deregister one. All messages come in in duplicate
In the first place please open your account settings to see if there is an account twice.
Yes that is my problem. There are two identical accounts and I cannot deregister either one.
What happens when you select one account and click “Delete account”?
