I currently have 3 email accounts with sub folders showing on Mail, but 2 are identical accounts. I deleted one a few days ago but now it is back ! any ideas folk (both accounts are outlook.com)

Have you deleted the account again through Menu -> Tools -> Accounts - clicking on the trash icon next to the relevant account? It’s not possible for a whole account to suddenly appear. Maybe you imported your data again or restored from a backup? Please try deleting the extra account and see if all works as it should.
