If you open a draft mail with a second account as the sender, the sender changes to the default account.
If you change something in the text and save the draft, the sender will remain the default account.
You have to open the draft, choose the second account, change text and save it.
A bug?

I have never noticed this, however, it does seem reasonable as it will be saved as the account not the alias (if alias is what you mean by second account); unless someone knows differently or I have not understood you correctly.
