Ever since the latest version install, my new messages say “message wasn’t downloaded because you’re not connected to the server”
If I click on another email and go back it will download the message.
Is this a setting that I can’t find or something else?

I’ve seen this message intermittently on v6 too for years. No idea what causes it and it suddenly just goes away. I’m always on the internet when it happens, so the ‘not connected to server’ msg is an error. I generally do what you did or exit eMC and go back in to clear it. Have not seen it for a while yet. Still on v6.xxxx

It could be an intermittent connection problem. You can set the account to download for offline use and see if that makes a difference. Go to Menu > Tools > Accounts, and select the IMAP tab for your account. Scroll down to the offline section.
