download full email instead of the Headers

Hi , 

Is there a way to  download full email instead of download only the headers  by using  exchange  server ?

Hello, while using Exchange all your items should be available for offline use automatically as the option “Download messages for offline use” is automatically checked for use with the Exchange Web Services protocol.

we didn’t find the option under  exchange account settings.

Hello, as I suggested, this is automatically enabled for Exchange accounts, however the option should be available under the Mail, contacts, … tab (greyed out) as it’s not possible to synchronise the exchange account differently than have the items available for offline use.
