They are not duplicate accounts.
The Inboxes menu “at the top left” is just a quick way to access all your existing account Inboxes separately for new mail, rather than always having to scroll down to the actual account & click Inbox.
If you don’t want to see all your account Inboxes at the top left, go to “Menu / Settings / General / Folders” and disable Inboxes and save settings.
Because I have two Gmail accounts.

1 Gmail account is enough.
I don’t want to uninstall emclient.
And reinstall it.
And hope I don’t get the same thing again.

As i said “they are not duplicate accounts”. They are the same account with the same Inbox email just shown / displayed in two places.
As per your screenshot below, “where ive marked arrows & written text” on it showing your Gmail address under “Inboxes” at the top left (to allow you to quickly view your Gmail account Inbox), and also your same Gmail address is shown further down on the left “which is your actual Gmail account” that also shows your Inbox as well as your Sent, Drafts, Trash folders etc.
So it’s the same Gmail account & not a duplicate.
I had one gmail account now there are two.
Becouse my gemail was full and delite all my mails.
In your screenshot there is only one Gmail account above Local Folders which is “the one at the bottom” as it has “the right arrow on the left of it” which you can click to show your Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Trash etc as in the screenshot below.
You will also see your other email address “[email protected]” also appears twice but is not a duplicate either as only one of the [email protected] email address has the arrow on the left of it which is your actual account. The other planet.nl email address without the right arrow on the left is the same account and only just shows your Inbox.
