the mail did not werk i dont recive and can not send it is over a week

can you tell me more about your situation?
Which version of eM Client are you running? (Help > About)
What error messages are in Tools > Operations > Error tab? (please include screenshots if there are any)
Also when you try to send mail, copy the content of Tools > Operations > Log tab.
