The Database is in hard disk D: with a size of 50G
But meanwhile doing back up manually or forecasted the disk C: is full from 20 GB , sending a message when only 180MB are available that It is not possible to write the file
How I can avoid the temporal files were using C: and to use D: with enough space available and where the EM CLient databases are located
eM Client uses your Windows %temp% folder to create a shadow copy of the database so it can optimize it before compressing it and saving it to your preferred location.
You will need to have at least the same amount of free space on the C: drive as the database, in order to make a backup. If that is not possible, another option is to move the Windows system %temp% folder to the D: drive. You will find instructions on Microsoft Answers here. Just be aware that this will be the space all your applications will use for temporary file storage. If the disk is remote or very slow, it may affect performance.
