In 2022, when I purchased my EMC license, I was told by an EMC notification email that I had an account at https://support.emclient.com/ and that I could log into that account to get support.
Today, when I tried to log into that account, I was told by the EMC system that I need to pay to extend my service.
I would like to know is that support service valid for a period of time? How long was it for?
