Does that support service at https://support.emclient.com/ have an expiration date?

Hello.

In 2022, when I purchased my EMC license, I was told by an EMC notification email that I had an account at https://support.emclient.com/ and that I could log into that account to get support.

Today, when I tried to log into that account, I was told by the EMC system that I need to pay to extend my service.

I would like to know is that support service valid for a period of time? How long was it for?

You get one year of support included with a license purchase or upgrade. During that time you can use the Helpdesk and get priority support from us.

Once that year has passed, if you want continued access to the Helpdesk, you will need to purchase another year of support which you can do here. There is an option near the end of the page.
