If I become an eM Client customer, will there be at least a Live Chat customer support feature to get help? Or is this community chat room the extent of their customer service?
Hi, we offer life chat support, it can be accessed by anyone on our main page. But it is meant for small issues only.
Usually things get to hard to solve in real time so we redirect users depending on their license status to:

Very often things are possible to solve over chat in a while or at least make first steps and then retire to email communication, but it is not our main support channel.
