I have created distribution lists, but when I send mails, the list gets expanded and individual email IDs appear. I want only the name of the distribution list to appear. How do I make this happen

Yes. I do not want recipients to see all email addresses but only the distribution list’s name that I have created.

there isn’t such possibility as to see only distribution list’s name. If you don’t want recipient to see other recipients’ addresses you can use BCC field.
