I would like to set up a way to display the emails in my archive directly.
You can “right click” on any Mail Account Archive folder and click “Add to Favourites” which will then show those mail account archive emails under the Global Unified Favourites at the top left.
Note:- Once the Archive appears in Favourites, you can “drag it up or down” where you like.
If you don’t have Favourites enabled at the top left, then in V10 go to “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / Folders” and check Favourites box. In V9 go to “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / General” and enable “Show Favourites Folders
There is also a current Sleekplan suggestion to have All the Mail Account Archive folders displayed “as an option within Favourites” where you can vote for that if you would like that.
You can also “Create a Search Archive folder” to display any or all account Archive folders via clicking in the Search field at the far right, and then clicking “Create search folder”.
Then “Right click on the Archive Mail search folder” and select "Properties at the bottom. Then click “Custom folders” and select all your various account archive folders you want displayed, as in my example below where i have selected 2 x Mail Account archive folders.
You can also click the “Choose fields” at the bottom if you want to specific archive account emails. The Archive Mail menu will then be permanently available anytime on the left side.
Thanks @cyberzork that worked!
