I have 2 eMClient lifetime licenses for my personal computers. I had a boot disk crash that destroyed the disk. I could not anticipate this and “deactivate” the license count on my eM Client application. I now have a new hard disk and reinstalled Windows 10. I am running a demo version of eM Client. How to I reset the license counters? eM Client thinks I have 3 computers now. Yet one of those computers(i.e. the disk) no longer exists?

just login into our Licensing server and manage your license activations - diable the one you no longer use and you should be fine.
If you do not know your login credentials just contact PRO support and they’ll reset them for you.
