My mouse disappears when I return from another window to eM Client’s top half of the screen. It still “works” (flags highlight, words boldface), but the mouse itself is not visible. Only by moving the mouse down to the bottom half of the screen does it reappear and then it works fine on full screen. Weird. Anyone else?
Are you using any Windows tweaking software?
Gary, I’m not. I spend most of my work day in eM Client, Word, Adobe PDF, Calendarscope (a calendar program obv.). I don’t “lose” my mouse in any other program either, FYI.
A lot of work was done recently on the rendering engine in eM Client. If you are not using the latest version (7.2.36908) then you could download it from the Release History and see if installing that makes any difference. Or, if it is an issue created by that version, you can uninstall it then download 7.2.35595 from the Release History and see if installing that makes any difference.
I am using the latest version but was happening before that upgrade. I have figured out a workaround - put the form into touch mode (pointy hand top right) and then take it out. voila your mouse reappears. I think the problem is EM trying to be too clever figuring out how you are using your touchscreen.
