I use Google apps for managing my emails. In order to fully use mobile email application (Android Cloud Magic) I need to have ‘All Mail’ folder set to be visible in IMAP (this is done via gmail setting). As far as I am concerned - this is causing issues in EM Client with flags double-ups and some emails from ‘Sent’ folder are missing, however could be found in ‘All Mail’ Section. Is there any chance to remove subscription / disable sync of ‘All Mail’ folder by EM client, without disabling it via Gmail - as it will limit my mobile app’s functionality?
Hi, unfortunately it’s not possible to completely unsubscribe this folder just for a specific client as the subscriptions are set for the protocol on your server, but eM Client only synchronizes the all mail folder when you click on the folder, thus you could find hiding the folder useful.
Just right click the account in the left sidebar and select Show/hide and hide the all mail folder.
