Der Windows installer bricht die Installation ab mit der Meldung: Key not valid in specific state.
Was ist zu tun?

Maybe to download the installation again? (After having removed the current installation.)

Hi Peter, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, and you’re trying to update from? Can you please check the version number in Help > About?

Try to download the installer from our website and run the installer from your Downloads folder, http://www.emclient.com/dist/v6.0.21527/setup.msi , please let me know if the issue persists.
