deleted emails each return in em client

each time after removing emails they return after the next startup Em client. And the same mails are returning each time. Even after reinstalling eM client get the same removing emails again. This is due to your server?
I found no answer on this question on the FAQ.

We’re sorry that you’re experiencing this issue. Could you please try removing and adding this account again (Menu -> Tools -> Accounts - clicking on the trash bin next to the account and then adding it again by clicking on plus)? Please note that all locally saved data associated with the account will be lost (not a problem if your data is on the server). We’d also like to point out that we are a desktop application and don’t have anything to do with what happens on user’s servers.
