Delete from notification does not delete email

I have pop up notifications turned on. When I get notified of email, sometimes I will delete the email from the notification as I know I do not need it. However, when I open eMClient, the email is still in the inbox and is not moved to the trash. What’s the point of being able to delete an email from the notification if it still appears in the inbox?

Delete, Flag and Reply options in popups ceased working in the latest version.  Clicking on them does nothing.

Oh. Well that sucks. Hope it gets fixed in the next iteration.

Buttons (delete, flag, reply) in Windows 10 notification don’t work either.

Hello all,

Thank you for reporting this bug. We’re aware of it and it currently awaits fixing.

Still waiting in 2023.

This is an old topic. Delete from notification has worked for many versions.

First, if your license supports it, make sure you are using the latest version available in the Release History.

But it may be an issue with your Windows Notifications Centre. Use eM Client’s own notifications instead and see if there is any difference. To do that go to Menu > Settings > Notifications and scroll right to the end. Untick Use System Notifications and click on Save & Close.
