In January I bought a new Lenovo PC and installed eM Client, It broke and was send back to Lenovo and replaced with another new Lenovo PC where I also installed eM Client.
Now eM Client says that I cannot use the program because I have 2 accounts on the same mail
how can i delete my account on the broken PC so I can use eM Client on my new PC again, please quick, I need my email.
If you need to activate your license on the new device, you can have it resent via this page: Lost Activation Key | eM Client
If you have a Free license activated already and you are getting a warning about 2 accounts, then that has nothing to do with the other device. The free license can only have 2 email accounts active, if you have more than that set up, you will be warned that the other accounts will be offline.
You can remove accounts in Menu>Accounts section of the app if you want to get rid of that warning.
