deduplicator completely deleted all the emails in my inbox

When I ran the deduplicator it showed me exactly two emails as duplicates. I clicked on process and without notice it deleted all the emails in the inbox. The other folders were not affected.

I understand I should be given a ‘move to trash’ or ‘delete permanently’ option, but I certainly was NOT given it.

Unfortunately, I do not have a backup of my emails (didn’t think I needed to backup webemail).

Any help or tips on how to recover my emails would be most appreciated.
