Deactivation Pro license

I am trying to deactivate my password for the Pro version by entering the License Manager but I do not receive the email with the new license.
As I have to proceed ?

If you’re trying to reset the password to the Licencemanager, please send me an email to markosky@emclinet.com together with your licence key and I’ll reset it for you.
