Deactivate reactivate issues

The licensing for what would otherwise be a stellar application, has me so frustrated I am about to be done with it. I can’t go into the license manager because apparently I don’t have a license for that. Jeez louise emclient, can’t you make your licensing system kinder, less complicated and at least offer email support for those of us who have a paid license without revoking that a year into it?

I have a new laptop. I deactivated my lifetime pro license on the old laptop and have been trying to activate it on the new but I keep getting the message that I have exceeded the number of installs. How am I supposed to fix this if I can’t even contact support???

If you have a Business license, once you have reached the limit of your license and you want to activate eM Client on another device, you will first need to deactivate one of the devices in use. If you don’t have access to the device, you can deactivate it in your License Manger. If you have lost the login credentials for the License Manager, there is a reset option on that page.

If you don’t have a Business license, you won’t have access to the License Manager. You also don’t need to deactivate the license. All you do is activate it on another device and it will automatically demotivate the former one.

To contact Support, if you have a paid license, click the option in Menu > Help > Get VIP Support. You don’t need access to the License Manager to do that.
