Deactivate license on crashed pc?

I need to deactivate one of our nine license to install on new PC.

just go to Help > License section and click the Deactivate button.

The PC has crashed. We are not able to boot and logon to the PC.

then you need to login into the licensing server > licensing.emclient.com where you can supervise your licenses, including deactivation.

Good evening, but beware because with Windows 10, adgs livcences Manager does not open! Need to open it with IE! Kind regards.

it’s not only with Windows 10, unfortunately.
The licensing server is accessed through Microsoft Silverlight which only work in IE now, so it needs to be accessed through IE on all Windows systems.

So, how do you login thru licensing to look at your license’s. I don’t remember having any logins for this. If I got one, I don’t have it now.

please contact me at [email protected] from the email address you registered with and I will generate a reset email for you from the licensing server with your new credentials.
