Can you deactivate eM Client for me so I can activate it?

I don’t have deactivate on my version I’m running version 7.0.27943.0
and when I try to activate it it say it needs to be deactivated first

I see that you have the same license activated on 2 different devices.
I deactivated both, please use the license key to activate only one device.

That might be my problem too although I don’t recall getting a license. Any chance you could deactivate mine too so that I can start over?
I know what you mean, I had to uninstall mine then download it again. Then I was able to insert my license key, now all works fine.
