Database is locked

I was moving an email from inbox to another folder, and it froze. So I closed and I get a database check box that goes on forever and it wont’ open when finished. How can I get this open now?

Here is the text from the database text box:

I would suggest that you close eM Client. You might need to right click on icon in toolbar to close. I would then close All apps and shutdown your computer.
After you reboot I would hope that you no longer have this trouble.
