How do I change so I get a picture with it smearing when I open an email. Now I click to get a picture on the mail.

If I understand correctly, you wish to download the pictures automatically, instead of after clicking on: “Download pictures”? If so, you can adjust the settings in: Menu > Tools > Settings > Privacy. There you can choose to either download images from senders you have in the Contact list or from all the people.
