cyrillic characters unreadable

Hello,
I have a serious problem with my freshly imported .pst Outlook database in eM client. Most of my mails with cyrillic characters are unreadable. Please help.

could you send us please the problematic email saved in .eml format? Use right click - Save as… Thank you.
