prevent syncing of local contacts - I have google contacts which I want to sync (works fine) and then I created a sub-directory of contacts called “White List” which I don’t what sync’d with google as its only to allow e-mail to download properly. Any way to make only the google sync and the other to be static on my laptop only and NOT combined with my google account? Basically I need to completely Independent groups of contacts - one in google and one local to my laptop. How can I accomplish this ?
Open Tools - Settings - General, enable showing of Local folders and create new local contact folder. Hope it helps you.
