Creating a contact with multiply email address's from your contact list

I have tried now for almost a hour to make one contact that will have more than one contact so I can click on that new contact and it will send my email to all my contacts listed under it.
Bob’s Group: Tom, Dick, Mary, Susan and so on email address’s
I forward a email from Ron to Bob’s Group

Please help me on how you set this feature up Thank You
