Using an IMAP account, I have created new folders using emclient and moved messages into them. The messages and folder structure appear in emclient but those folders do not sync with the server.
Now when I use a different device none of those folders or messages are available.

is there any error message in Tools>Operations>Error window?
Could you turn on eM Client, wait for the synchronization to finish and then copy the content of Tools>Operations>Log window here?
