Create a rule based on recipient

Just installed em Client 2 days ago.  Have a number of questions (had many more but found the answer here or FAQs), but I’ll start with an easy one.  I want to create a rule based on recipient (I have 4 email addresses).  I found a reference her for a rule based on “Sent to people” but I have no such choice in the Rules screen.  Where is the option?  How do I create the rule?

Hello,
in the Tools>Rules section you get a ‘default’ rule to see what a rule looks like.
If you click the ‘Next’ button in the Rule creator you will actually be able to change/add different conditions.
