when i open to print the program crashes and then restarts and rechecks the database.
so i have to open outlook to print my emails i dont want to have to do this every time. please help

If you are experiencing printing issues with V11 Beta 11.0.473 , there is a new V11.0.625 update released you can try from the release history page and see if that fixes it.
Note: Before updating make a manual backup first via “Menu / Backup” incase you need to restore for any reason. Also close eM Client before updating to the new version.
If you already have V11.0.625 then suggest to email [email protected] to advise of the issue and include what version of Mac or Windows OS you are running.
