Crashed during importing

Attempted to try out eM Client and started the import 9 accounts and 98,000+ emails from Thunderbird and the importing process crashed. Now this is the very information error screen  .

which i can not close. Clicking on the cancel button does nothing other than beeping the computer speaker. I enabled importing logging and attempted the importation yet again with the same results.

You really need to allow people using the 30 day trial version of your product access to your paid support level. It has been 2 days and have not gotten any help with this issue. I was going to use  this product with 9 email accounts but not being able to get support in a timely fashion is a deal breaker. I even tried your Twitter account and got no response either

 I have decided to stick with Thunderbird.
