Crash and can't/won't go to backups

Doing a standard search for an email sender’s emails, system crashed.  Tried to restore but from both restore points just got this message:
System.IO.IOException: Access to the path ‘C:\Users\myname\AppData\Roaming\eM Client’ is denied.

Restart your computer and see if the restore will work.
