program crashes after restoring backup. Mail folders with content are still there but all contacts dissapeared, calendar as well. After reinstalling the product the problem is still there. Backup was not used the last time. The problem is still there.
How exactly did you create the backup?
Problem is solved: after cleaning the registry and removing everything relating to EmClient I reinstalled the product.
Everything seem to work ok for now. The backup I created was made by the settings within the program. Restore went the same way. The backup works ok now.
