cox email account and address book

Can I get my cox email account address book to sync with emClient? 
It works with yahoo and gmail and the rest. But I can not get my address book from cox.net to come down to my emClient

Hi, are you using IMAP for synchronization? Can you make a screenshot of your account setting in eM client?
What version are you currently using? Is your account visible in the Contacts window in the left sidebar?
