Cox - can't send emails

I create emails and the move to the Outbox but the send fails.  When I diagnose the SMTP it fails and cannot resolve.  I do have the SMTP settings that Cox recommends.

You will get logs by going to Menu>Tools>Operations>Log, copying with Ctrl+A and paste to notepad then send the file to cooper@emclient.com
