Count of Unread Mail is Wrong

Count of unread mail is wrong for a single folder. I don’t know why it just started yesterday March 11th 2022. Only one folder reports incorrect unread emails. Folder says 2 but there are 4 unread emails.

Can you disable conversations using Menu > View > Conversations > Disable Conversations, and see if the count is correct?

Thanks for the reply but conversations were already disabled. I also noted a 2nd folder being wrong today.

If they are displayed correctly in the webmail interface for the account, go to Menu > Accounts and remove the email account from eM Client, then add it back again.

You mean the provider of my email account correct? There’s no EM Client webmail.
