Couldn't get server version

I have installed eM client to communicate with my exchange Outlook365 account. It seemed to download almost all messages but now I get the "Couldn’t get server version"errors.

You might try removing the account from eM Client, then adding it again.

is it really the only solution? useless work for a profesionnal use (and even for a personal use)!

any update? I still face the situation.
Yesterday my colleague was able to reactivate the transmissions, just reentering the password in account settings but this morning it doesn’t work.
I suspect an issue linked to long shut off of the application: when you close it it takes long time (more than 2 minutes) to get process out of list and windows may close quicker…
