I sent an email and upon clicking send I have a “Couldn;t add attachment” error message pop up. The bod of the message is:
File :C:/Users//AppData/Local/Temp/eM Client temporary files/y0b0x2gj/2.wmf" couldn’t be added as attachment due to the following error: Could not find file 'C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\eM Client temporary files\y0b0x2gj\2.wmf’
Can you please advise how I can resolve this issue. I have test sent an attachment to another email and the attachment did go through but the error message did pop up still.
I meant, did you change the Windows setting before installing eM Client. If the location was changed from the default then eM Client may have an issue with it.
To find your temp folder, open a command prompt and type ECHO %** Temp ****%**. If that location is the same as the one in the eM Client error, then it has not been changed.
