I will update em client 7.0.26857.0 to higher number. It says: softwere/clients/mail/emclient/protocol/mailto/shell/open/commant 
could n’t write value to key: no sufficient access

How can I solve this problem?

Hello Hans,
is this a windows error after you installed eM Client or an error inside the application?
Could you possibly screenshot it?

Also, I suggest running the latest available version: http://www.emclient.com/dist/v7.0.27943/setup.msi
