Yes, unfortunately there is nothing you can do. If you are using IMAP, you can delete the database and start again.

If it is running, close eM Client and in Explorer go to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming and rename the eM Client folder. You can delete this later. You may have to change folder options in Explorer to show hidden folders so that you can navigate to that directory. 

Open eM Client and setup your IMAP accounts.
