I have multiple template emails I send out for business (pricing propsals). Since I can’t create a new email and then insert a template email using the template emails (it also doesn’t support file attachments), I have created the template emails and saved them. They show up in my drafts folder.
So I create a new email, copy one of the emails from the drafts folder and then paste it into the new email. All is well except for my logo, which is in the draft email, doesn’t show up in the new email. It shows the icon you see when an image is missing. I’m a previous Outlook user, converting myself and this wasn’t ever an issue with Outlook.
