Copy/Paste formatting is awful

Looks like this is an issue for several with no resolution. Pasting from a previously sent email (which used default fonts and sizes) is not useable. I have to clear ALL formatting and start again. It always seems to use Segoe UI for some reason.

  • Find sent message
  • Copy content
  • Start a new message
  • Paste content
  • Check font = Segoe UI 12
  • Select newly pasted content and change to my default Calibri 11
  • Font changes to Calibri 9.8 instead (and bullet numbers don’t change)

Bullets are REALLY bad:

  • Copying a full list keeps spacings and bullets but changes fonts like above.
  • Copy a partial list. Don’t select the entire row on one of them
  • Paste in new email
  • Same issue with font as above
  • Padding is present between items
  • OL (ordered lists) are converted to UL (unordered lists)

I see similar issues with the Calendar and Contacts. For example, yesterday text in one contact needed a change. When i saved it the size changed from 30 to 24. Sometimes the font changes as well, in my case from Arial Black 30 to Segoe UI size of 9. Sometimes when i change from Segoe UI 9 to Arial Black 30 it will change to Arial Black 24 instead.

I see issues with Bullet lists as well, in my case the bullets themselfs become microscopic and thus unusable.
