Used previously Postbox - migrated to EM Client.
Changed service provider (domain & mail client) - have EM mail running, however, need to get old mails from Postbox to integrate into EM Client. Importing results in alternate inbox with unreadable (empty) files.
Any solution?
Please enable import log and try import process again. Then please send us the log and we may take a look on it. However this is not a common problem, so there must be something unique in your setup. What do you exactly mean by empty files? Which files? eM Client does not store messages in single files, it uses Sqlite database for all the messages.
