Under Tools > Settings > Mail > Read > Conversations, I have it set to “Show conversations in all views.” Unfortunately this causes every message in a “conversation” to show as unread no matter where it is. So my Trans and Sent folders are littered with “unread emails” when in fact it’s only the latest message that I have not read. As such, conversation views should track which individual email is actually not read and show that. That way my Trash/Sent/etc… folders don’t incite my paranoia into thinking I have more work to do than I actually do.
