Conversations include the same email twice – once from the Inbox and once from the Unread mail folder. Reading it the Unread mail folder doesn’t even get rid of it for either the conversation or the Unread mail folder! (Well, it removes it from the Unread mail folder in Favorites, but not the Unread mail folder in the account’s folder.) I’ve attached a couple of screengrabs to indicate what it looks like in the inbox.
I’ve tried repairing folders, turning conversations on and off and on again, and changing the conversation settings.
Any suggestions?
