Conversation Mode Sender Display Order v.7

One thing that confuses me about the conversation mode implementation in v.7 is that on the message list, the individual sending the last email is not necessarily the first name listed. It appears to maintain the same order as the messages are sent. As the space is limited on the message list, often the person actually sending the last message is not visible (in the vertical mode). Because of this, I cannot at a glance tell who a new message is actually from. The sender should always be listed first.

This is still a problem, 7 years later.

Could you please address the fact that the last sender of an email in conversation view is not shown as the first sender name and avatar?

Whoever sent the last email in a thread should always be the avatar shown and first name shown.
